Building permits are required for all construction in the county unless it is directly related to a farming operation. If there is a question as to whether a permit is required please call the Health and Zoning Office at 563-245-2451.

  • Re-plat, Re-subdivision, Road Changes
    • 1-4 lots: $50
    • 5 lots or more: $100
